At Guide and Lead we believe that transformational emergent processes are first and foremost learning processes enabled by innovative learning guidance.
We think that only self-led learning also enables lifelong learning, further growth and development in a sustainable way.
The purpose of our work is to co-design, consciously develop and sustainably implement these environments, structures and growth opportunities based on the needs of each individual, organisation and community in order to enable self-leadership in a holistic way.
